Pocket Mulch LLC ("we," "us," or "our") developed Talk-O-Matic as a tool for real-time connection. We believe your conversations are your own. This policy outlines our commitment to your absolute privacy.

Talk-O-Matic does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Period.

1. Data Collection & Audio Processing

Talk-O-Matic processes audio locally on your device in real-time to generate transcriptions.

No Recording: Audio is never recorded to disk or saved in any format.
No Cloud Processing: Transcription is performed on-device; your voice data is never sent to a server.
No Personal Info: We do not collect names, emails, or device identifiers.

2. Local Network Usage

The app requests Local Network permission solely to allow the "Hub" and "Client" devices to communicate with each other. This data transfer stays within your own private network and never touches the internet.

3. Third-Party Services

Talk-O-Matic contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking cookies. We have no way of knowing how often you use the app or what you use it for.
